RETURN DIRECTIONS

We guarantee that all of our products are returnable within 30 days except custom items, Made-To-Order Chandeliers and contract orders. Items must be in their original packaging and never previously installed or have wires cut.

To make returning your Ryztew Lighting items easy for you, please remember the following:

 

  • Must be in resalable condition with no damage or cut wires
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects 
  • Must not have been installed 
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing. 
  •  Must not be missing pieces 
  •  Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout 

 

Shipper of Your Choice: 

You can return your item to us, pre-paid and insured for your protection via the shipper of your choice. Include the invoice in the box to ensure we can process your return. Please keep in mind that Ryztew Lighting cannot be responsible for any loss or damage when you select this option. Returns can only be accepted at the following address(You should pay ):

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

RYZTEW LIGHTING takes great care to ensure we provide quality products that are packaged to reach you safely. Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. If you do receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us via yinzoe00@gmail.com so we can arrange for a pickup and replacement of the item.

  • Please be prepared to provide your order number when you contact with include it in all emails
  • Do not dispose of broken or damaged items
  • Please save all packaging and boxes
  •  If possible, please include pictures of the item and packaging when emailing customer support.
